Fred and Jane Havens Family Fund in Honor of Frederick Randall Havens

The Fred and Jane Havens Family Fund in Honor of Frederick Randall Havens ’44, a permanently endowed scholarship fund at Amherst College, was established in 2024 by the family of Frederick Randall Havens ’44 in his memory. Income from this Fund will be used to provide financial aid to Amherst students with demonstrated need as determined by the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid, who are majoring in the humanities.
