Darold Greek, Jr. '60 Memorial Scholarship Fund

Darold Greek ’60 lived with muscular dystrophy since infancy and used a wheelchair at Amherst. He died in 1976 at the age of 37. The Darold Greek, Jr. ’60 Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by classmates and family in his memory. Income is awarded as financial aid to Amherst students with demonstrated financial need, with preference for students who identify as having a disability which affects their mobility.
