The Daniel C. Cochran 1968 and Gregory B. Sutphin 1971 Scholarship Fund was established in 1999 as a permanently endowed scholarship fund, providing financial aid to an Amherst student with demonstrated need as determined by the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid.
