O. Howard Korell '54 Scholarship Fund

The O. Howard Korell ‘54 Scholarship Fund was established in 1986 in memory of O. Howard Korell, a Chi Phi, a running back for the football team, and father of Kari Korell ’80. This fund was established by his classmates and friends at Amherst College. Students eligible to receive support from the Korell Scholarship Fund will exhibit the same elements of human decency, loyalty to community and the College, and concern for others that embodied Howard Korell’s relationship with Amherst and his world.
