Midwest Scholarship Fund

The Midwest Scholarship Fund, established in 2009, is a permanently endowed scholarship fund at Amherst College providing financial aid to Amherst students with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. Preference is given to students from Illinois and Indiana and, to the extent possible, awards will be made to a single recipient over the course of their four-year Amherst education. Student recipients will receive aid from the Midwest Scholarship Fund for so long as they demonstrate financial need.
