Charles J. Staples 1896 Memorial Fund

Established in 1950 by Mary DeGroff Staples, widow of Charles J. Staples, Class of 1896, in memory of her husband. According to Mrs. Staples, Charles was poor when he arrived at Amherst but always felt that Amherst had been good to him. Unrestricted.
