J. Davey Gerhard '38 Memorial Scholarship Fund

The J. Davey Gerhard ’38 Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1990 with the proceeds of a life insurance policy in which John Davey Gerhard ’38 had named Amherst College as the beneficiary. The annual income from this Fund will be used to provide financial aid to students with demonstrated need as determined by the Dean of Financial Aid.
