Robert Fagles 1955 and Richard Wilbur 1942 Scholarship Fund

In appreciation for the lifetime achievements of Robert Fagles 1955 and Richard Wilbur 1942, this permanently endowed scholarship fund was established in 2010 by Seth E. Frank 1955. Income from this Fund will provide financial aid to Amherst students with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. Preference will be given to students who have proven ability in translation in any discipline, but preferably of literary works, as well as demonstrated financial need.
