Frank L. Babbott 1878 Scholarship Fund

The Frank L. Babbott 1878 Scholarship Fund was established in 1934 by bequest of Frank L. Babbott, Class of 1878. The income from this Fund is to be applied to the maintenance of a scholarship which, so far as is practicable and proper, should be awarded to a student from Oneida County in the State of New York, preference being given to a resident of the Village of Waterville.
