John Burlingham 1956 Scholarship Fund

The John Burlingham ’56 Scholarship Fund, established in 2015 by John Burlingham ’56 and his sister, Jean Burlingham, is a permanently endowed scholarship fund at Amherst College providing financial aid to Amherst students with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. Preference will be given to students who are majoring or intend to major in mathematics, science, or American literature.
